These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by Public Safety and Justice for All ("we," "us," or "our"). By visiting or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Public Safety and Justice for All is a political action committee registered in the State of California, FPPC identification number 1431901. This website is published by the committee and paid for by Public Safety and Justice for All. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on behalf of any government agency, law enforcement agency, or public office.

3. Permitted Use of the Site

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

Photographs on this site are used under public domain, Creative Commons Zero, or Creative Commons Attribution licenses. Attribution and license details are published in the site footer. Those images remain subject to the terms of their original licenses, which travel with the image and are not granted by us.

5. Political Content and Endorsements

This website contains political content, including statements of position and, from time to time, endorsements of candidates or ballot measures. That content reflects the views of the committee at the time of publication and may change.
